Our Client:

Eldpathy is a Hong Kong-based social enterprise dedicated to fostering empathy and awareness regarding the mental and physical needs of the elderly population. By conducting engaging workshops in educational institutions and corporate settings, Eldpathy offers participants a unique opportunity to empathize with the elderly through immersive experiences facilitated by innovative products. Their mission revolves around championing the equal rights of the elderly and advocating for societal inclusivity, fostering a more empathetic society.

 

The Challenge:

Our client would like to secure more resources for their elderly baseball team’s dream-chasing project. They would like to have a thorough analysis of the crowdfunding outcome of the previous fundraising campaign and receive concrete and actionable recommendations on potential areas of improvement. The Juvenate team was tasked to address several key questions:

 

  • How effective is the current crowdfunding strategy?

  • How did similar organizations carry out crowdfunding campaigns?

  • How can Eldpathy differentiate from similar organizations?

  • How can Eldpathy further improve its fundraising campaign?

 

Our Work:

Juvenate assisted Eldpathy with the following:

  • Reviewed crowd fundraising efforts by evaluating Eldpathy’s current crowdfunding strategy and outcome

  • Carried out competitive analysis and identified key differentiating factors by conducting case studies of crowdfunding strategies of similar organizations

  • Conducted benchmarking analysis using publicly accessible experience of similar organizations

Our team has successfully supported our client in key decision-making areas with the insights and implications presented: 

 

  • Evaluated Eldpathy’s past fundraising efforts and areas for improvement

  • Identified key success factors of other fundraising initiatives for Eldpathy’s reference
