Our Client:
Furry Green, a social enterprise owned by Red BulBul Company, is dedicated to reducing food waste through innovative upcycling. By transforming food surplus and loss into high-quality animal food, Furry Green not only addresses environmental concerns but also provides nutritious, eco-friendly products. Their offerings are made from 100% fresh ingredients and contain 0% preservatives, aligning with their commitment to sustainability and a greener future. Furry Green aims to promote responsible consumption while providing pet owners with healthy and tasty choices for their pets.
The Challenge:
Furry Green is hoping to expand its market presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, including countries such as Australia, Malaysia and Singapore. To achieve this, the client sought comprehensive market analysis to understand the potential for their products beyond their current base in Hong Kong. The objective was to identify market demand, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends that could influence their entry strategy.
Our Work:
Juvenate assisted Furry Green with the following:
-
Assess the pet food markets in Australia, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore, focusing on market demand and future trends.
-
Conduct a thorough analysis of competitors within these markets to assess Furry Green’s competitive position.
-
Creation of guidelines for packaging and exporting of goods in the APAC region.
The Results:
While Furry Green has not carried out the APAC expansion, we are thrilled and proud to say that the client is satisfied with our findings. We wish Furry Green tremendous success in their upcoming endeavors and look forward to witnessing their growth in new markets.
