  • Conducted a preliminary market study with geographical data, real estate reports to derive green living and green property development trends, identifying potential clients and partners for community farm development

  • Assessed the feasibility of green property development centered around urban agriculture based on government regulations on the real estate market

  • Analysed the existing competitive landscape in adjacent areas of green community building as proxies for benchmarking

  • Delivered a cost breakdown as inputs for further cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment
