Our Client:

Moral Honesty Charity Association (MHCA) is a registered Hong Kong charity that provides energy therapy (能量治療), a practice originating from Australia, to support community wellbeing. Through regular complimentary energy healing sessions, MHCA helps individuals achieve stress relief, alleviate negative emotions, strengthen their immune system, and foster positive thinking and self-confidence. The organisation primarily serves vulnerable groups including the elderly, carers, and low-income families.

 

The Challenge:

MHCA has very low visibility on social media and is hoping to secure sustainable financial sources. They currently rely heavily on one-off donations and ad-hoc charity activities, leaving their operations unstable and limiting scalability. The absence of an anchor funder means that MHCA's meaningful impact, including a track record of serving over 20,000 beneficiaries and collaboration with Shatin District Council, is not matched by institutional visibility or long-term funding security.

 

Our Work:

The engagement with MHCA focused on enhancing their brand awareness and securing funding stability. The Juvenate team:

• Assessed MHCA's brand positioning and identified social media improvements.

• Proposed collaborations with yoga studios and local clinics to expand reach.

• Researched and recommended a funding pipeline targeting HKJC Charities Trust, Keswick Foundation, and Li Ka Shing Foundation.

• Provided pitch deck advisory to strengthen appeal to institutional funders.
