Our Client:
Caregiver’s Allies is a Hong Kong-based charitable organization shedding light on the challenges of caregiving. They have set up a comprehensive support system to empower caregivers, consisting of empowerment workshops, coaching, support groups, and care plan consultations. Their services also extend into the corporate space, where they support businesses in achieving stronger inclusivity of “Employee-Caregivers” through conduct awareness sessions, training, HR advisory, volunteer programs, and other forms of partnerships.

The Challenge:
Noticing that caregivers in the workplace remain underrepresented, our client hopes to scale its operations by establishing partnerships with private enterprises. Caregiver’s Allies needs to understand how best to approach these private enterprises and what these partnerships should look like. Caregiver’s Allies also suffers from weak funding and seeks to secure more sustainable sources of funding, which will be auxiliary to their overarching goals.

Our Work:

• Proposed strategies to initiate partnerships with private enterprises based off industry precedent

• Narrowed a set of potential partners to jointly support “Employee-Caregivers” through Caregiver's allies B2B services

• Designed a new micro-insurance plan to attract new business opportunities while fortifying caregiver support services
