Our Client:
ECO Concepts is a Hong Kong-based social enterprise that offers ESG sustainable products and services with different characteristics like biodegradable, bio-based, recycling or recyclable. Committing to its motto “ECO Attitude, EQUAL Responsibilities”, the enterprise is dedicated to inspiring businesses and individuals to embrace sustainable living.

The Challenge:
Our client is planning to establish its on-site borrow and return service. They would like us to advise on the service launch strategy for this new initiative. The Juvenate team was tasked to address several key questions:
