ReCube is a Hong Kong-based startup non-governmental organization that promotes sustainable tableware usage. It offers a reusable tableware rental service for all types of events and engages in long-term partnerships with restaurants, enabling them to borrow reusable tableware over an extended period. By providing sustainable tableware solutions, ReCube is committed to reducing tableware waste, paving the way towards environmental conservation.

The Challenge:
Our client would like to improve end-customer engagement with its service. They would like to formulate marketing strategies based on user behavior analysis and market research in Hong Kong. The Juvenate team was tasked to address several key questions:
